This substantial 16" × 24" sample is individually constructed from genuine hair-on cowhide in the featured tonal camel colorway. Precisely cut rectangular elements are arranged in staggered rows, creating a clean architectural pattern softened by the natural character of the hide.

Each rectangle measures approximately 2" × 4". Changes in hair direction and natural tonal variation allow the simple geometry to shift subtly with the light, giving Savona its quiet sense of depth and movement.

The sample is made using the same materials and techniques as the full-size Savona rug, including individually cut cowhide elements, coordinating stitched seams, finished edges, and Furug’s protective felt backing with nonslip grip dots.
