We take care in packing and shipping every Furug piece so it arrives ready for its new space.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Delivery times vary by destination, but most shipments arrive within approximately 1–4 business days after leaving Furug.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Orders over $500 generally require a signature at delivery.

COWHIDE RUGS & NATURAL HIDES

Cowhide rugs and other natural hides are carefully packed for transit. Cowhides are typically shipped rolled to help minimize creasing. Some temporary folds or movement along the edges can occur during shipping and will usually relax naturally after the hide has been laid flat.

Because each natural hide is unique, we take care to pack each piece according to its size, shape and characteristics.

OVERSIZED & SPECIALTY PIECES

Large, fragile or unusually shaped pieces — including taxidermy, oversized hides and select furnishings — may require specialized shipping or freight. When special arrangements are necessary, we will coordinate the details with you directly.
