We want you to love your new items.  However, we understand that things can happen.  So rest assured that Furug does allow returns within one week of receipt.

Any returns need to be returned in the same unused condition they were received in.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and insuring the item(s) to be returned.  We suggest asking UPS or FedEx for a signed release.

Not quite the right size or color?  No problem, simply ship your item back to us following the guidelines above and upon receipt and inspection we will be happy to send you your newly requested item.  Any difference in item cost must be paid prior to shipping.
