This one-of-a-kind 8' × 10' stitched cowhide rug transforms a sequence of nested rectangular bands into a bold architectural composition. Saturated tones of deep olive, golden yellow, blue, plum, burnt orange, and red are separated by broad ivory bands, creating remarkable clarity, movement, and depth.

Every Furug stitched cowhide rug is constructed from individually cut pieces of genuine hair-on cowhide joined with fine coordinating stitching. Changes in hair direction create subtle variations in texture and reflectivity throughout the pattern.

The rug is finished with a coordinating cowhide edge and a durable nonslip backing for added structure and stability.

This design may be commissioned in custom dimensions, shapes, and color palettes. Each custom rug is individually composed and made to order using genuine hair-on cowhide.
