"Artcessory" European Sheepskin Wooden Sheep

Meet The Furug Flock—an exclusive collection of handcrafted European wooden sheep dressed in genuine Icelandic sheepskin. Thoughtfully made by skilled artisans and available only at Furug, each sheep combines timeless Scandinavian craftsmanship with the warmth and character of natural sheepskin, creating a collectible décor piece unlike anything else.

Each sheep features a hand-carved wooden head and legs paired with genuine European sheepskin fur, giving every piece its own distinctive personality. Because the wool is completely natural, no two sheep are ever exactly alike. Subtle variations in color, texture, and markings make each member of the flock a true one-of-a-kind.

Whether displayed in a nursery, children's room, mountain retreat, reading nook, bookshelf, or sophisticated living space, these handcrafted sheep bring warmth, texture, and a touch of playful elegance to any interior. Their Scandinavian-inspired design appeals equally to modern homes, rustic cabins, and luxury interiors.

Measuring approximately 18" high x 15" wide x 22" long, this larger version makes a striking decorative accent while remaining approachable enough to become a favorite conversation piece. It also makes an unforgettable gift for new parents, interior designers, collectors, and anyone who appreciates exceptional craftsmanship.

Every Furug sheep is handcrafted in Europe using genuine sheepskin and natural wood. No two members of The Furug Flock are ever exactly alike.

Every Furug sheepskin is selected for the qualities that make natural wool exceptional—texture, color, character, scale and overall beauty. We seek out distinctive European sheepskins, unusual breeds and naturally beautiful colorations rather than treating natural variation as something to standardize.

Each piece is chosen individually for its quality and character. When Choose Your Hide is available, the sheepskin shown is the exact piece you will receive, allowing you to select the actual color, markings, wool texture, shape and dimensions that best suit your space.

Interior designers turn to Furug for distinctive natural materials selected for exceptional quality, character and individuality. Our sheepskins are chosen for their wool texture, natural coloration, scale and the unique qualities that make each piece one of a kind.

When Choose Your Hide is available, each sheepskin is individually photographed so designers can select the exact piece for their project—providing confidence in the color, markings, texture, shape and dimensions before specifying.

Sheepskin is naturally resilient and requires relatively little routine care. Gently shake the hide outdoors periodically to release dust and restore the wool. For longer-wool sheepskins, a soft brush or wide-tooth comb may be used when appropriate to refresh the fibers.

For small spills, blot promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth rather than rubbing. Avoid saturating the hide, machine washing, harsh detergents and direct heat.

For significant cleaning, we recommend consulting a professional cleaner experienced with genuine sheepskin and leather-backed hides.
