Returns
You may request a return of your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure you repack your item(s) carefully and include your order details so we may confirm refund details. All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the order. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition as they were received.
Our hides are sourced from Southern Brazil because they are known for the quality of the way the cowhide is tanned; the world’s best quality make these hides a must have addition to any home or space. Brazilian tanners have long been known for how they treat and soften the cowhide which adds to the beauty, suppleness, and longevity of the rug. This treatment also ensures that the cowhide is resistant to shedding and staining. Each of our cowhides are ethically and responsibly sourced and hand selected to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and distinction; our cowhides will not only last for years, but for decades.
Please Note: Cowhide rugs are a natural product and some of them may have branding, scratches and the odd mark on the skin. This is a normal characteristic of some cowhide rugs. All of our hide selections are based on extra-large size, color and markings.
One of our luxury cowhides will offer years of beauty and durability with minimal care. It is important to note that hair on hide is a natural product and will wear under heavy traffic conditions. To maintain you can shake out the hide to remove dust or simply vacuum as you would any other rug using the hand attachment. The hide's natural oils resist staining and you can simply wipe up any spills. If a spill should occur, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth to rub lightly with the grain of the hair.
