This substantial 16" × 24" sample is individually constructed from genuine hair-on cowhide in the featured palette of navy, cobalt, indigo, and pale blue. Its flowing bands vary from approximately .75" to 2" wide, revealing the movement and subtle tonal changes that define the Cavo design.
The sample is made using the same materials and techniques as the completed rug, including individually cut cowhide elements, coordinating stitched seams, finished edges, and Furug’s protective felt backing with nonslip grip dots.

This sample is offered only in the blue colorway photographed. Sample colors cannot be customized.
Custom colors, dimensions, and shapes may be developed when commissioning a full-size Cavo rug. Because cowhide is a natural material, the sample should be considered a color and construction reference rather than an exact representation of every hide used in the finished rug.
